Tier 2 Helpdesk technicians have has 1-2 years of experience and is independent, flexible and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

System Administrators assist clients with troubleshooting network, software, and printing problems and perform additional helpdesk duties. In a client facing position, Systems Administrators are excellent at communicating technical data to non-technical individuals and working independently on tasks.

DISPATCHER

Dispatchers work quickly to review, work, and resolve tickets, interpreting client requests clearly and translating them into actionable work. Dispatchers have experience working with computer administration and have excellent communication and time management skills.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVES

Business Development Representatives are highly-motivated, assisting you with lead generation and connecting you with potential clients. Business Development Representatives are skilled in relationship building and highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for sales.

HELPDESK DISPATCH

Helpdesk Dispatch is responsible for maintaining the Helpdesk ticket board, answering incoming phone calls, placing calls to make appointments for the team, and following up on ticket statuses with clients. Helpdesk Dispatchers have great critical thinking, prioritization, organization, and advanced computer skills.

TIER 1 HELPDESK
