THE EOS® PROCESS

The EOS Process begins by selecting an implementer to guide your leadership team through the process.


  • The 90 Minute Meeting introduces your leadership team to EOS

  • The Focus Day and the Vision Building Days get your leaders focused and on the same page over three full day meetings spaced 30 days apart

  • Quarterly sessions are a day with your leadership team to evaluate, refocus, and set priorities for the next 90 days

  • Annual sessions are two days with your leadership team to work on team health and update the vision and plan
